Shipping Details
Shipping will be paid at the time of your transaction via pay pal. Minimum shipping charge is $7.50 Canadian. The
shipping charges posted on Pay Pal are based on the following shipping methods:
- Items shipped within Canada are sent by Expedited Parcel for larger items or prepaid xpresspost for smaller items under 500 grams and may take up to 5 days from time sent.
- Items shipped to the United States are sent by xpresspost USA and may take of to 7 business days.
- Items shipping Internationally are shipped International Parcel Surface and may take of to 10 business days from time sent. If you wish to have an item sent by a faster method please call us at 604.894.6900.
Delivery Dates
Please allow 5 business days for the Coyote to package the item. Any artwork shipped outside of Canada is provincial
Service Tax (7%) and Government Service tax (6%) tax exempt. Any artwork shipped outside of British Columbia but within Canada
is only Provincial Service Tax (7%) exempt the Government Service Tax (6%) still applies.
Duty Free
Any original first nation's art shipped outside of Canada is usually considered duty free only if shipped expedited otherwise they will charge duty.
Christmas Orders
Christmas orders should be submitted no later than December 7th to ensure timely delivery, otherwise there is no guarantee that the
package will arrive before December 25th.
Returned Products
All items are packaged carefully to ensure they arrive safely and in their original
condition. If you wish to return an item you have 30 days and we can provide you a credit towards another purchase. We cannot
except items returned after 30 days. No exceptions. Any item must be returned by mail service and not by a courier service. On
declaration form please write "item returned for exchange" so it will easily pass through customs. For value of package please
write "$0.00" and include photocopy of the Coyote receipt with the package and keep the original for your records.
